The client of this property appointed us to carry out extensive additions to their property, the original house only comprised of approx 40m2 floor area after which we added approx 140m2  which included new laundry, living area, 3 bedrooms, bathroom,kitchen,dining room and carport / deck. Clients are very pleased with the end result and have since completed painting.

This was a typical workers cottage (circa 1930's) which we carried out major renovations and additions to, this included raising, building in the lower storey to include a new garage and internal stairs to upper storey. Upper storey included new bathroom,ensuite,study,kitchen and deck. We complemented the exterior with external rendering &  painting, with new block rendered fence and color pattern driveway..As you can see a total transformation.

This double storey brick veneer home was a blank canvas befroe we started, it included demolishing the existing front patio and building a Sunroom to capture the sea breezes of an evening.This included installing two pairs of Aluminium Stacker Doors to the front with Stainless Steel handrail and wire rope balustrading to compliment the finish.We also constructed a new double Carport and matching roof over the entry.The driveway was removed and we laid exposed aggregate concrete to owners color selection.A new 1500 high rendered concrete masonary fence was constructed to the front boundary.

Addition:

This post war home was completely renovated. It was the worst house in the street when we started. The client asked us to redesign the interior to make it more functional aroud the living area of the home. We removed walls and supported the roof with structural beams, installed french doors and windows leading onto the new front verandah. We also installed timber weatherboards over the fibro walls.

Addition:

This property was the neighbouring property of the top example photo. We were approached by the client to open up the front verandah and also included renovating the existing kitchen, bathroom, removing internal walls and building a rear deck with a pitched roof over. Internal fixtures and finishes selected by the client completed this project off to a high standard.
